Current plans are for the project to be constructed over multiple phases. The first phase will be completed for Q1 2021 openings with multiple phases to follow. The project encompasses approximately 60 acres. 1,500,000 sf phased regional development to service southwest Calgary communities. Will include commercial core retail, office, residential and hotel.  Township promises to be a shopping destination for all of Calgary.
